The project proposed by FETE focuses on the development of competences of trade union delegates/unions and more broadly members of the Staff Representations on professional equality. It builds on the experience gained from previous programmes co-financed by the national ESF and developed in several territories (Bourgogne, Franche-Comté, Auvergne, Champagne-Ardenne, Moselle, Bas Rhin). The state of equality between men and women in the company is changing and shows disparate situations with regard to signed or unsigned agreements. The need for information and support for trade union representatives persists and FETE wishes to respond by preparing negotiators (employee side) on each of the steps leading to real negotiation, in order to achieve the desired objective: the implementation of agreements on equality at work and the quality of life at work with real content. To this end, flexible means of action will be adapted to the regions and the diversity of needs: carrying out collective meetings, interventions in trade unions, individualised support in companies, surveys of agreements, deployment of a dedicated website... The scope of action will be extended to _professional branches_: a secondary and interesting target because a concrete mobilisation on their part will eventually lead to a “top-down” movement that will force companies affiliated to the branches to respect the measures taken by the branches. _A Regional Monitoring Committee will bring together the DIRECCTE, Regional Councils, DRDFE involved and involved trade unions around FETE. It will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the programme in each of the regions. Each FETE quarter will make a so-called “step” point with its co-financers. _Expected results_ will be measured in signed, monitored, revised, renegotiated agreements. They will also measure the number of people informed and sensitised. More generally, a sustained mobilisation of trade unions on professional equality and a transfer of skills are expected in terms of results on this project. (English) | |||||||||||||||

FETE (Femmes Egalité Emploi)
0 references
(French)
