L'action concerne le bassin d'emploi de Metz et plus particulièrement les demandeurs d'emploi de moins de 26 ans. Ce dispositif vise à répondre à trois problématiques du territoire, à savoir une situation dégradée de l'emploi des jeunes, la persistance de métiers en tension et le besoin d'une approche globale dans la sécurisation du parcours de ce public. L'objectif des ateliers modulaires est de préparer les participants à accéder soit à une qualification avec les organismes de formation partenaires soit à un emploi sur les secteurs professionnels en tension.
