(French)

The Learning Preparedness and Lifting System (DRPA) aims to remobilise young dropouts through apprenticeship training or continuing training. It is based on the construction of a course where the times in the center and the times in the company alternate at a steady pace (2 weeks in the centre — 2 weeks in companies). This operation is well targeted in terms of audiences since the Fondation d’Auteuil is recognised as an operator in child welfare, which allows it to reach young people very far from employment. The training provided is supervised by dedicated referents with a follow-up of young people until a contract is signed. (English)
