L’action ÉMERGENCE DE PROJET CRÉATION D’ACTIVITE consiste à mettre en œuvre un accompagnement en faveur des porteurs de projet au stade de l’idée de création d’entreprise. Il s’agit d’une prestation d’émergence de projet, afin de permettre aux bénéficiaires d’analyser leur projet de création d’activité. Peu de porteurs de projet sont véritablement au stade de projet, pour intégrer les dispositifs de formalisation de projet. En effet, l’état d’avancement du projet est une des conditions pour intégrer les dispositifs d’accompagnement existants. Beaucoup sont au stade de l’idée et ont besoin de valider leurs idées de création d’activité afin de pouvoir bénéficier de l’accompagnement projet conduisant à la création proprement dite de la structure. Il s’agit de développer une offre de service d’EMERGENCE DE PROJET. (French)
