L'objet de ce projet est de proposer une méthodologie simplifiée et facilement transférable pour l'hydrogénation catalytique des lécithines dans le but de développer localement la production de lécithines hydrogénées en réponse à un marché en pleine croissance, et ainsi de contribuer à renforcer les activités économiques de la région Limousin dans le secteur des produits naturels à finalité cosmétique, en fort développement ces dernières années._x000D_Afin de répondre à ces objectifs, nous envisageons un travail collaboratif entre :_x000D_- le Laboratoire de Chimie des Substances Naturelles_x000D_- la société Covertis. _x000D_ (French)
