Our action is aimed at people guided by our prescribers (Employment, Departmental Council and Local Mission). These are mainly women and young people who are particularly remote from employment and benefit from social minima. These people are all registered in the PLIE database. Our action consists of getting them back to the meaning and pace of work, testing their abilities on different activities carried by the site. Particular attention will be paid to the following criteria: Recipients of the social minima (justification CIF summary statement) Job seekers (copy card or situation notice Pole Employment) Long-term job applicants (copy card or situation notice Pole Employment) Persons in difficulty with social and occupational integration (descriptive of the situation, copy of the identity card, residence permit or any other official documents to justify the person’s situation). The turn-over on the different posts: \- maintenance of all public and business spaces with household trolley, single brush, glass cleaning apparatus, industrial vacuum cleaner and industrial products, with the supervision of the reference technical framework, -room service;service for beverages (hot and fresh) and meals, taking orders with service according to the rules of the room service with control and advice from the reference technical framework (standards, appropriate containers), \- preparing meals under supervision of the frame, preparation of ingredients, follow-up of a recipe, forecasting of quantities, decoration and preparation of the plate for the service, use of equipment, cleaning and storage according to hygiene standards, \- animation for the elderly and children (birthdays), preparation of activities, preparation of pastries and snacks, services to people, animation of activities (e.g.: page mark for the elderly, workshop inflatable balloons for children), \- tourist information and for transport: indication of the places to visit, information on the various hiking points and events in the sector, information on timetables and journeys of buses and trains, taxi order, accompaniment on the use of the automatic terminal for Swiss train tickets. All these activities make it possible to verify their knowledge being and their professional abilities. Gradually, integration into the various workstations makes it possible to validate skills, thanks to the competency and autonomy assessment sheets, the confrontation of supervisors’ opinions and feedback from clients. Individual handling of certain tasks makes it possible to verify the autonomy and adaptability of each employee. The professional project of each employee already initiated with his prescriber (Employment Department, Local Mission, Departmental Council, CAP Employment) is verified and validated or invalidated at the end of the trial period. A professional interview is offered with the socio-professional accompaniment and mentors. Every 3 months, a tripartite interview with the prescriber is organised and requires: verification of progress, increase in skills, evaluation of possible trade transfers, definition of a professional or training project in connection with local and regional job offers, and mainly in the trades of sales, commerce, catering, hospitality, cleaning, personal assistance or animation. Solving the problems that constitute barriers to employment, matching knowledge to be and know-how with professional expectations (checking thanks to customer satisfaction, possibilities for validation through the association’s socio-economic network), assessment of the progress of skills and autonomy (evaluation sheets and monthly interviews), job placement (PMSMP, exchanges with network professionals, requests from the association’s sponsors (foundations and business leaders’ clubs). The list of partners is not exhaustive. The aspects of access to training and solving social problems will be dealt with by the socio-professional accompaniment. Coordination will be carried out by the director and the management will be carried out by Cécile MALAISE and Nicolas GRANDJEAN (technical supervisors throughout the site).
