The preliminary work carried out during 2017 identified three possible priority areas of research with the know-how and equipment of the MSAP Unit: —The characterisation of proteins present in a cycle and for a strain given of yeast by proteomic approaches after digestion of proteins into peptides by a specific enzyme. —The characterisation of truncated proteins present after the autolysis of the yeast or its digestion by methods of proteomics without digestion. —The characteristic of peptidome, i.e., peptides produced by previous hydrolysiss. Three longer-term research axes to characterise post-translational protein changes, metaboloma, and peptidoglycan envelopes were also defined. (English) | |||||||||||||||

(French)
