La diversité des tâches traitées et des outils utilisés, la nécessité de devoir s’adapter à des interlocuteurs très différents (patrons, personnels des services, clients, administration) font des capacités d’observation et d’adaptation les qualités indispensables d’une bonne secrétaire. La secrétaire doit savoir où trouver l’information, comment la formuler ou la traduire pour la traiter et la diffuser correctement. Le Secrétaire Assistant contribue à la qualité de la communication de l’entreprise. Il en valorise l’image et est le relais de l’information, tant à l’interne qu’à l’externe. La dimension relationnelle de la fonction est de ce fait essentielle. L’objectif de la formation est d’être capable d’assurer une position d’interface avec tous les interlocuteurs internes et externes d’une entreprise. Par l’apport de théorie, au travers de pratique (études de cas et mise en situation) aider l’apprenant à développer des qualités personnelles relationnelles favorisant son rôle de coordinateur et organisateur au sein d’une entreprise en développant des compétences techniques et relationnelles.
