Mise en place d’un plateau technique d’Analyse Elémentaire en phase liquide par ICP-OES : Cette demande vise à doter l’UMR7058-EDYSAN de l’UPJV d’équipements modernes et performants pour lui permettre d’assurer des études sur les relations entre environnement bio-géochimique, fonctionnement des écosystèmes et systèmes de production (agrosystèmes, sylvosystèmes). Seront étudiés après dissolution différents matériaux tels que des tissus végétaux, animaux et des échantillons de sols. La demande s’applique aussi bien à l’étude des impacts environnementaux des agrosystèmes qu’à l’impact de l’environnement sur les agrosystèmes. Par ailleurs, il est souhaité d’acheter une chromatographie ionique IC couplée à un spectromètre de masse MS simple quadripôle pour l’analyse de sucres simples et/ou complexes aux Laboratoires LG2A et BIOPI de l’Université de Picardie Jules Verne UPJV.
