The project concerns a **integration site supporting the enhancement of green and natural areas** (Sine River Inns and towing paths) on the **Territory of Plaine Commune**. It targets a public living in Plaine Commune (8 people per year), with **significant difficulties in accessing employment**: long-term jobseekers, beneficiaries of social minimums, young people without qualifications... Integration at the site aims to **remobilise** people as part of a job placement, while providing them with ** personalised accompaniment** in solving their social and professional problems, and **technical training** linked to the occupation of maintenance worker in green areas. The average journey of employees entering the site is **12 months**. They are **framed and trained** on the site by a professional of the association’s green spaces. They also benefit from ** socio-professional support** dedicated (individual monthly interviews and collective monthly workshops), and ** additional training** to that received on site (at least SST/PRAP training). The work carried out by the employees on the site makes it possible to maintain the banks of Seine and towpaths** within the framework of a contract managed by the community. The work carried out is diverse and allows a panel of activities related to the profession of green spaces to be approached: collection and disposal of waste, mowing, pruning, mowing, planting, leaf collection, mechanical control of invasive species, ecological monitoring. All the work carried out is part of a differentiated management approach: this management allows ecological management of green spaces, closer to nature and more environmentally friendly. In particular, no plant protection product is used. (English) | |||||||||||||||

(French)
