The ESF beneficiary service shall monitor the situation in real time and a comprehensive check of the proposals for exit by the service provider, making it possible to verify the effectiveness of the service carried out in accordance with the specifications and giving rise to payment. Cercles de recherche d’emploi, mobilisation de réseaux de parrainage ou de tutorat, négociation des contrats de travail, accompagnement dans l’emploi durant toute la période d’essai… Accompagnement individualisé par un référent professionnel expérimenté et qualifié, en charge de 50 (phase 1) et 70 (phase 2) suivis personnalisés. Le suivi est plus intensif en phase 1. Le service bénéficiaire FSE procède à un suivi des situations en temps réel et un contrôle exhaustif des propositions de sortie par le prestataire, permettant de vérifier l’effectivité du service fait en conformité avec le cahier des charges et donnant lieu à paiement.
