Le projet consiste à réaliser un nouveau centre de formation des apprentis à Carcassonne qui a pour vocation de succéder au CFA actuel, en limite de capacité à 400 apprentis, dont le foncier ne permet pas une extension et dont l'immobilier est trop vétuste pour une rénovation à moindre coût. Ce projet de construction d'un nouveau CFA a pour objectif de porter vers l'excellence les filières tourisme, hôtellerie, restauration, commerce et vente. Ce projet s'appuie sur une pédagogie innovante et fait appel notamment à des plateaux techniques proches de l'environnement de l'entreprise et à une utilisation optimale des technologies numériques. Cette nouvelle construction d'une surface de près de 6000m2 pourra accueillir plus de 1200 personnes en formation dont près de 500 apprentis. (French)
