The project concerns the implementation of individualised and reinforced pathways to employment with regard to the different types of barriers to be lifted, in a holistic approach to the individual. The PLIE path reference builds the participant’s access to employment pathway and ensures individual follow-up throughout its duration. Its tasks within this framework are as follows: * built for and with each participant a return to employment path: * ensures that you are motivated to find a job, presents the PLIE and the ESF, * draws up a complete professional diagnosis (based on methods such as ADVP), in conjunction with the prescribers, * submits his application to the pathway committee, * defines the stages of the journey to employment, * ensures the individualised follow-up of the participant and the articulation between the different stages of the journey (work situation arrangements, workshops towards employment, specific support for returning to work, removal of professional barriers): * mobilises actions under ordinary law and/or those of PLIE programming according to the needs identified, * connects the participant with the insertion and/or training operators, * prepares the next step by taking stock of the participant’s achievements and shortcomings and examining the follow-up recommendations made by the operator; * prepares the participant for release into employment: * validates its ability to integrate the traditional economic environment, * directs it if necessary to organisations able to support it in the CV + cover letter or carry them out with it; * monitors integration sites and/or their employees; * links the specific needs of the accompanied participants to the PLIE; * provides the PLIE with all the data relating to the participant and his/her situation and informs the ABC ViEsion database, in accordance with the expectations of the PLIE; * implementation of constituent stages of the course: work situation arrangements, workshops towards employment, specific support for return to employment, lifting of occupational barriers. Le projet concerne la mise en œuvre de parcours individualisés et renforcés vers l'emploi eu égard aux différents types de freins à lever, dans une approche globale de la personne. Le référent de parcours PLIE construit le parcours d'accès à l'emploi du participant et en assure le suivi individuel pendant toute sa durée. Ses missions dans ce cadre sont les suivantes : * construit pour et avec chaque participant un parcours de retour vers l'emploi : * s'assure de sa motivation à retrouver un emploi, présente le PLIE et le FSE, * établit un diagnostic professionnel complet (à partir de méthodes telles que ADVP), en lien avec les prescripteurs, * présente sa candidature au comité de validation des parcours, * définit les étapes du parcours vers l'emploi, * assure le suivi individualisé du participant et l'articulation entre les différentes étapes de parcours (dispositifs de mise en situation de travail, ateliers vers l'emploi, appui spécifique au retour à l'emploi, levée de freins professionnels) : * mobilise les actions de droit commun et/ou celles de la programmation PLIE en fonction des besoins identifiés, * met en relation le participant avec les opérateurs d'insertion et/ou de formation, * prépare l'étape suivante en faisant notamment le point sur les acquis et manques du participant et en examinant les préconisations de suite de parcours faites par l'opérateur ; * prépare le participant à sa sortie en emploi : * valide sa capacité à intégrer le milieu économique traditionnel, * l'oriente si nécessaire vers les organismes en mesure de le soutenir dans la rédaction CV + lettre de motivation ou les réalise avec lui ; * assure le suivi des chantiers d'insertion et/ou de leurs salariés ; * fait remonter au PLIE les besoins spécifiques des participants accompagnés ; * fournit au PLIE l'ensemble des données relatives au participant et à sa situation et renseigne la base de données ABC Viesion, en conformité avec les attentes du PLIE ; * mise en œuvre d'étapes constitutives du parcours : dispositifs mise en situation de travail, ateliers vers l'emploi, appui spécifique au retour à l'emploi, levée de freins professionnels .
