In this new project, we want to go further by involving personalised follow-up actions focusing on the guidance of young people in training, in order to consolidate our activities in the field of early school leaving. Dans ce nouveau projet, nous souhaitons aller plus loin en associant au suivi personnalisé, des actions axées sur l’orientation des jeunes en formation, afin de consolider nos activités en matière de décrochage scolaire. Nous proposons 4 actions : \- Des entretiens individualisés qui vont permettre aux jeunes de devenir acteurs de leur parcours scolaire, dits « entretiens d’objectifs », _Objectif général : Remobilisation scolaire des apprenants en année 1._ \- La participation à un projet national basé sur la prévention du décrochage scolaire lié à l’orientation et l’information des apprenants, permettant d’avoir une représentation objective des métiers, sans préjuger de stéréotype ou discrimination, _Objectif général : Prévention du décrochage scolaire._ \- Des permanences d’accueil et d’orientation, en lien avec les partenaires des territoires, _Objectif général : Accompagnement à la recherche de lieu de stage, d’apprentissage ou d’emploi, à la résolution de problème d’ordre sociaux, etc …_ \- L’identification d’une personne « ressource handicap » dans l’EPL, afin de faire le lien entre l’établissement, le jeune et la maison départementale des personnes handicapées, _Objectif général : Accompagnement personnalisé des apprenants en situation de handicap._ (French)
