Accueil, orientation, accompagnement renforcé des participants du Plie de l’agenais résidant sur Agen (quartiers Sud-est de Tapie et Rodrigue/Paganelle) à la mise en œuvre de leurs parcours d’insertion professionnelle. Cet accompagnement renforcé des participants du plie s’appuiera sur une complémentarité avec le droit commun, l’utilisation optimale des outils existants, une gestion dynamique des accompagnements (durée de l’accompagnement, alternance de travail individuel et collectif, mobilisation cadencée d’étapes de parcours…).
