The “Un Pas Towards Employment” operation is a mechanism to remobilise and support people very remote from employment (sone women benefiting from the social minimum), designed as a first step in a path towards socio-occupational integration. L'opération "Un Pas Vers l'Emploi" est un dispositif de remobilisation et d'accompagnement de publics très éloignés de l'emploi (femmes isolées bénéficiaires des minima sociaux), conçu comme une première étape dans un parcours d'insertion socioprofessionnelle. Elle comporte des activités collectives de redynamisation, d'ouverture culturelle, de découverte de l'environnement professionnel du territoire, ainsi que des temps identifiés de "coaching" individuel pour aider à réduire les principaux freins à l'insertion et, au cas par cas, la possibilité de réaliser une période d'immersion en entreprise. L'action fonctionnera en entrées et sorties permanentes, à L'Isle-Jourdain et à Condom : effectif prévisionnel de 20 participantes en tout en 2016. Elle est conduite par une équipe pédagogique qualifiée et expérimentée, en étroite concertation avec les référents sociaux des participantes dans une logique de parcours. (French)
