L’association la Banque de l'Objet s’est fixée comme missions la collecte des invendus non alimentaires auprès des acteurs économiques de la région, leur distribution aux familles et aux personnes démunies via les associations partenaires et le soutien aux projets menés par les dispositifs dédiés à ces personnes. Par son action, la Banque de l’Objet propose un nouveau service local aux associations de lutte contre l’exclusion et aux entreprises. Elle contribue également à la mise en place d’un nouveau mode de distribution et participe à la promotion d’une consommation plus responsable.
