    Tout au long du parcours d'insertion de 6 à 24 mois, chaque salarié bénéficie de la part de professionnels d'encadrement permanent, d'un accueil, d'un accompagnement et d'un suivi personnalisé, qui prépare son insertion dans la vie professionnelle. Cette équipe est composée de : \- 1 Accompagnante socioprofessionnelle qui a pour objectif, une fois que la personne est embauchée, de l'accompagner dans son projet professionnel, de lui apporter une aide à la résolution des freins à l'emploi, d'établir des relations & partenariat avec les travailleurs sociaux, Pôle Emploi, les entreprises, les organismes de formations.... pour construire le parcours d'insertion avec le salarié, \- 2 Encadrants Techniques qui, après avoir accueilli le salarié avec l'accompagnante socioprofessionnelle, l'intègrent au sein de l'équipe de travail, le mettent en situation d'apprentissage des procédures relatives à chaque poste de travail (parcours pédagogique) et évaluent, tout au long du parcours, les compétences techniques et transversales des salariés en insertion. L'équipe d'encadrement travaille de concert, sur le suivi de parcours de formation, sur l'évolution des projets professionnels de chaque salarié et des difficultés rencontrées durant son parcours au sein de la structure. This team is composed of: \- 1 Socio-professional assistant, whose objective, once the person is hired, to accompany him in his/her professional project, to assist him in solving the barriers to employment, to establish relations & partnership with social workers, Pôle Emploi, companies, training organisations... to build the pathway of integration with the employee, \- 2 Technical Frameworks which, after welcoming the employee with the socio-professional assistant, integrate him into the work team, put him in the learning situation of the procedures relating to each workstation (educational pathway) and evaluate, throughout the course, the technical and transversal skills of the employees in integration. The management team works together, on the follow-up of training paths, on the evolution of the professional projects of each employee and the difficulties encountered during his or her career within the structure.
