(French)

The hotel is fully rehabilitating its wastewater treatment system, the existing system having been in operation since the late 1970s and has weaknesses that require the complete rehabilitation of the facilities. All the works planned, as well as the materials used, meet all the standards in force. This program represents for the hotel the continuity of the efforts made to maintain a high level of service in a difficult environment in order to sustain the hotel complex and its jobs. Post-IRMA, the financing plan has been amended to take into account the damage caused by IRMA, and incorporate technical improvements to improve the facility’s resistance to force majeure. In addition, the expenditure items initially co-financed, AMO and MOE, were withdrawn from expenditure, which were not eligible under the AFR scheme. The new financing plan does not change the amount of the ERDF contribution, the rate of which is reduced. (English)
