La présente opération consiste en la restructuration du centre commercial du Verbeau, Quartier Prioritaire de la Ville de la commune de Châlons-en-Champagne. Cette restructuration implique les actions suivantes : -la démolition du centre commercial existant, partiellement fermé à l'heure actuelle; -la construction d'un nouvel équipement commercial situé sur une parcelle à proximité. Cette opération nécessite ainsi : -de construire, dans un premier temps le nouveau centre commercial; -de transférer les commerces encore en activité dans le centre actuel; -de commercialiser les cellules commerciales du nouvel équipement; -de démolir le centre commercial actuel qui aura été libéré.
