(French)

The purpose of the La Prairie (Saint-Jean de la Ruelle) co-ownership energy renovation project is to carry out energy efficiency works to save energy and thus reduce loads. In June 2015, the co-ownership voted an ambitious programme of work, while many co-owners have few resources (71 % of the occupant owners are modest or very modest compared to the ANAH ceilings). In addition to this programme, gas heating will be replaced by aquifer geothermal system, which will be a first in the region on this scale. In the long term, this will make it possible to value the property of the condominium and to change its image within the agglomeration. (English)
