Le programme Régional qualifiant « Compétences » comporte 3 types de parcours de formation adaptés aux différents publics concernés et à leurs objectifs de formation et d'insertion professionnelle : - des parcours dits « professionnalisants », de courte durée (moins de 2 mois), qui ne débouchent pas sur une certification (diplôme, titre professionnel, certificat de branche,...) mais qui visent l'acquisition de compétences professionnelles complémentaires permettant un accès rapide à l'emploi pour des demandeurs ayant déjà une expérience professionnelle. - des parcours d' « accès à la qualification » d'une durée maximale de 4 mois, dont une période de stage d'un mois, destinés en particulier à des demandeurs d'emploi souhaitant acquérir une certification professionnelle, mais qui doivent affiner leur projet professionnel et / ou acquérir des bases préalables. - des « parcours certifiants » dont la durée maximale est de 9 mois, permettant l'acquisition d'une certification reconnue nationalement, facilitant l'insertion professionnelle durable.
