The purpose of the PLIE’s job support function is the construction, monitoring of individualised integration pathways, taking into account the overall personal and professional difficulties faced by the public, in order to prepare them for employment and enable them to occupy it for a long time. It is structured, throughout the course, until the consolidation of employment through contracted path stages. Each job assistant will accompany 90 people a year, integrated into the programme by the animation structure. This objective will be achieved by counting people on the journey within the animation system at the start of the service and the integrations made during the year. Care should be taken to maintain a permanent staff of between 50 and 60 people on journeys per job assistant. The expected result in terms of re-employment is 20 successful job insertions (IPRs) per year for 90 accompanied persons. The MPM West PLIE, in order to carry out this task, mobilises its own human resources to lead, coordinate, monitor and monitor job support and will put in place, for support, a competitive tendering procedure with specifications and will draw up a contract with the contractor(s) after the contract has been awarded. In order to assist in the construction of the routes and the support and mobilisation of the public it accompanies, the MPM West PLIE calls on external providers to carry out job support, workshops, training stages and professional exploration.
