The network of Chambers of Crafts and Crafts of the region has built a programme of actions aimed at the food, crafts and innovation sector, as well as a more transversal intervention on the theme of sustainable development. These interventions are based on the dissemination of good practices, experimentation and coordinated communication and business practices. In 2017, a new approach to promoting forms of innovation and digitalisation in these TPEs is also underway. La conjoncture a sévèrement fragilisé l'Artisanat et ses effectifs salariés ont sensiblement reculé. Implantées sur l'ensemble des territoires de la région, les entreprises artisanales continuent néanmoins de fournir les produits et services nécessaires aux populations urbaines comme rurales. Les artisans jouent également un rôle en tant que prescripteurs en matière de consommation (origine et qualité des produits), garants de savoir-faire qu'ils perpétuent et transmettent. En matière de développement durable, les artisans s'engagent dans la mise en œuvre de pratiques vertueuses en matière d'énergie et de déchets et dans le recours aux circuits courts. Par ailleurs, de nombreuses entreprises disposent d'un potentiel de développement notamment en matière d'emploi qui nécessite des conseils avant d'être concrétisé. Le réseau des Chambres de Métiers et de l'Artisanat de la région a bâti un programme d'actions s'adressant au secteur de l'Alimentaire, des Métiers d'Art et de l'Innovation, ainsi qu'une intervention plus transversale sur le thème du Développement durable. Ces interventions reposent sur la diffusion de bonnes pratiques, l'expérimentation, la mise en place d'actions coordonnées en matière de communication et de pratiques commerciales.
