By continuing its work to support the public under this scheme, the GEDA 08 wishes to cross between an activity “strengthened and individualised support in continuity and duration with a view to access to sustainable employment” proposed to long-term job seekers with its project of “creating sustainable and skilled jobs for local economic development”. To this end, it will continue to bring its expertise and network as additional tools to those offered by traditional actors in the integration pathways. This added value takes the form of collective meetings open to accompanied persons and exchanges between the Professional Insertion Advisor and the Director of the GEDA in order to diagnose profiles compatible with the needs of potential users of the group. Regardless of this specificity, the work of the Professional Insertion Counsellor is in line with the objectives of the Intermediate Organisation and the conditions for carrying out the accompaniment in the project to serve the professional integration and development of individuals within the framework of equal opportunities and non-discrimination. The novelty is the intersection of the objective between OI08 and GEDA 08 to enable people in partial employment to improve their employment situation in order to exceed the defined poverty line. En poursuivant son travail d'accompagnement des publics dans le cadre de ce dispositif, le GEDA 08 souhaite croiser une activité « d’accompagnement renforcé et individualisé dans la continuité et la durée en vue de l’accès à un emploi durable » proposée à des demandeurs d’emplois de longue durée avec son projet de « création d’emplois durables et qualifiés au service du développement économique local ». Pour cela il continuera à apporter son expertise et son réseau comme outils supplémentaires à ceux offerts par les acteurs traditionnels des parcours d’insertion. Cette plus-value prend la forme de rencontres collectives ouvertes aux personnes accompagnées et d’échanges entre le Conseiller en Insertion Professionnelle et le Directeur du GEDA en vue de diagnostiquer des profils compatibles avec les besoins des utilisateurs potentiels du groupement. Indépendamment de cette spécificité, l’action du Conseiller en Insertion Professionnel épouse les objectifs de l'Organisme Intermédiaire et les conditions de réalisation des accompagnements dans le projet de servir l’insertion professionnelle et l’épanouissement des individus dans le cadre de l’égalité des chances et de la non-discrimination. La nouveauté consiste dans le croisement d'objectif entre l'OI08 et le GEDA 08 de permettre à des personnes en emploi partiel d'améliorer leur situation d'emploi pour dépasser le seuil de pauvreté définis. Enfin cette action vise la mise en oeuvre systématique d'étapes constructives éloignant les personnes de la pauvreté et de l'exclusion. (French)
