The latter are persons belonging to a public or private structure and encountering the public in difficulty with their professional integration (e.g. local elected representatives, community leaders, CCAS, etc.). The main authorised prescribers are: * All the employment services and the CCAS of the communes of Clermont Community, * all the agents Pôle Emploi des Agences Locales pour l’Emploi located in the area of competence of Clermont Communauté, * The 2 Local Missions of Clermont and Cournon d’Auvergne, * all social workers in the constituencies of the Department having competence over the communes of Clermont Communauté, * Intermediate associations and enterprises established in the Clermontoise agglomeration, * the structures “operators of the PLIE”. The application to the PLIE must be signed by the prospective participant and the prescriber. The prescriber shall examine the application where a person with whom he is in contact appears, a priori, to have a personalised support to succeed in his professional integration. He forwards it to the Directorate of the PLIE. Participants may also enter the PLIE in the context of a collective action implemented by the PLIE. Participants are positioned on the actions by the prescribers described above. In the event that the person is selected for the action, he or she automatically becomes a participant in the PLIE.
