    Notre coeur de métier: l'insertion sociale et professionnelle. Le chantier d'insertion propose à des personnes sans emploi, qui rencontrent des difficultés particulières, un contrat de travail (CDDI de 24 à 35h) qui permet un retour à une situation de travail. Nous développons deux pôles d'activités qui servent de support; l'activité maraîchage bio sur deux sites de production équipés en bâtiments et matériel agricole. Nous cultivons sur 7ha de plein champs et 8000m² de serres. Et l'activité environnement "espaces verts et naturels" Chaque salarié bénéficie d'un accompagnement individualisé et régulier avec l'objectif de repérer les difficultés et les compétences et de définir un projet professionnel.Des actions "entreprises"sont proposées: découverte et immersion. De manière à proposer une égalité des chances, nous proposons une mixité des personnes accueillies : âge, sexe, origine. Pour occulter les emplois dits masculins ou dits féminins, nous proposons nos activités à l'ensemble de la population éligible aux contrats aidés (CDDI) et essayons d'intégrer une population mixte lors de nos recrutements. Pour mettre en place cette action, nous mobilisons des moyens humains sur l'encadrement technique, la coordination des activités, l'accompagnement social et professionnel et la partie administrative er de direction _La formation_ De plus, dans un objectif de professionnalisation des personnes accueillies en parcours d'insertion mais aussi sur l'équipe d'encadrement, des formations interne et externe sont proposées en fonction des projets professionnels et/ou en fonction des obligations liées à la sécurité au travail par exemple. _Le partenariat_ Nos actions se développe toujours avec un réseau de partenaires liés à notre activité d'insertion (les référents sociaux, la mission locale, CIDFF, les centres de formation, Pole Emploi..), à nos activités maraîchage et environnement et avec les partenaires institutionnels.
