12 postes sont conventionnés par l’UT DIRECCTE de l’Ariège et le Conseil départemental avec un minimum de 4 personnes (personnes qui peuvent être bénéficiaires du RSA ou DELD) dans le cadre des personnes placées sous-main de justice, soit détenues, soit suivies en milieu ouvert dans le cadre d’un aménagement de peine ou non. Les autres postes sont à destination de personnes très éloignées de l’emploi et bénéficiaires des minima sociaux. BATI+ est une réponse à l’insertion socioprofessionnelle par ses activités qui reste encore un secteur dynamique dans le département, et par un accompagnement social renforcé. Un des objectifs de BATI+ est de créer de l’activité économique viable sur le territoire, l’enjeu du passage dans la structure est de mettre le salarié au centre d’un réseau, d’une dynamique qui va l’aider à mettre en exergue son projet personnel et professionnel. L’appui du réseau partenarial va permettre au salarié de formaliser des étapes pour le mener vers une réinsertion durable. L’accompagnement s’organise autour de 5 fonctions : * Une fonction employeur inscrite dans une démarche pédagogique et qui participe à la sociabilisation de la personne. * Une fonction production * Une fonction formation * Une fonction d’accompagnement social et professionnel * Une indispensable coordination de ces diverses fonctions.
