Les salariés sont recrutés en tant que salariés polyvalents et affectés à des emplois de collecteur - trieur, cariste ou agent de pesée. Les salariés bénéficient d’un accompagnement socio - professionnel dont les objectifs principaux sont : * la levée des freins à l’emploi (logement précaire, difficultés financières, suivi judiciaire, parcours de soins…), * la validation d’un projet professionnel réaliste, * la mise en place de formation professionnelle, * l’appui à la recherche d’emploi.
