**Articulation d’ensemble** L’accompagnement que BOURIANE SOLIDARITE met en ½uvre au sein de l’Association Intermédiaire consiste en une relation d’aide individualisée pour chaque personne inscrite à l’association, avec une personne référent, qui s’inscrit dans la durée. Le dispositif est en entrée/sortie continue. Il s’agit de mettre en place un accompagnement avec la personne afin : * de signer avec la personne en parcours une convention d’engagement réciproque pour formaliser des objectifs précis définis dans le temps et en fonction de chaque personne * d’identifier les difficultés qui entravent la mise en oeuvre du projet et de s’efforcer de les réduire, notamment en intervenant sur les fragilités liées aux situations d’exclusion ; * d’utiliser les mises en situation de travail salarié comme levier afin de vérifier des aptitudes, des compétences, des fragilités (grilles d’auto évaluation de la mission, évaluation du client) **Méthodologie** La définition d’objectifs et d’échéances vise à permettre à chaque bénéficiaire de suivre un parcours plus dynamique et bordé vers un retour à l’emploi, en tenant compte des réalités économiques locales comme de ses spécificités (secteurs porteurs d’emploi) Parallèlement, BOURIANE SOLIDARITE développe un partenariat avec des clients utilisateurs en capacité et ayant la volonté d’assurer auprès des personnes mises à disposition un encadrement, un tutorat, adapté à leur situation, afin d’optimiser la fonction d’insertion. Ces objectifs définis ensemble sont repris régulièrement au cours d’entretiens individuels réguliers, durant lesquels divers aspects sont traités : * Evaluation des atouts et des améliorations à apporter afin de faciliter la recherche d’emploi et la réussite des missions proposées : savoirs être, savoirs faire, valorisation des compétences * Travail sur le projet professionnel * Sensibilisation sur des formations possibles et réalistes avec les offres d’emploi du territoire * Aide à la résolution de problèmes administratifs, de problèmes annexes à l’emploi (conduites addictives, orientation CDPA, hôpital de Gourdon) problème de mobilité, problèmes de garde d’enfants (Relais Assistantes Maternelles, Crèches) _Réunions de coordination dites de « régulation » hebdomadaires_ Des réunions d’équipe ont lieu tous les lundis après-midi dans nos locaux afin : * D’étudier collectivement les dossiers des personnes vues en entretien « diagnostic » par la CIP et permettant d’étudier la trajectoire socioprofessionnelle de la personne, * D’évaluer la pertinence de leur recrutement dans la structure en fonction de leur projet professionnel ou de leurs attentes, * De les positionner dans un type d’engagement correspondant à leurs attentes ou leur projet : engagement découverte de métiers, engagement validation professionnelle, engagement coup de pouce (urgence financière) pouvant déboucher ensuite sur un autre engagement, engagement mise en oeuvre du projet professionnel, engagement soutien actif, etc… * De prendre la décision en commun de les orienter vers d’autres partenaires de l’emploi ou d’autres structures (ACI) afin de résoudre des freins préalables à toute mission dans la structure (personnes trop éloignées de l’emploi, besoin d’encadrement technique en équipe pour une reprise de repères, etc) Pour mettre en oeuvre cet accompagnement, un travail en partenariat avec les différentes structures et acteurs de l’emploi (Pôle Emploi, Organismes de formation, Mission Locale, Cap emploi, UT DIRECCTE, services sociaux, associations diverses, chambres consulaires) est indispensable et permet d’optimiser les résultats d’insertion sociale et professionnelle de la personne en parcours. **Etapes de réalisation** La fonction d’accompagnement se décline en trois phases, qui correspondent à des temps d’intervention échelonnés tout au long de la mise à disposition : * une phase amont, faisant appel à des fonctions et des actions relatives à la pré-embauche (durée estimée à deux mois) * une phase se déroulant pendant la mise à disposition (durée estimée à quatre mois) * une phase aval en sortie de l’Association Intermédiaire (durée estimée à deux mois) **Durée** Dans la structure, le parcours est personnalisé, sa durée peut varier en fonction du salarié en parcours et des freins qu’il peut rencontrer et qui empêchent son insertion dans l’emploi : les trois phases décrites ci- dessus couvrent une période moyenne de 12 mois **Les partenaires** Cet accompagnement favorise la mise en cohérence des politiques publiques d’inclusion active, grâce à des partenariats avec l'Etat, les collectivités territoriales, les organismes, institutions et professions intervenant dans le champ de l'insertion sur le territoire : * convention de coopération tripartite avec Pôle Emploi et la DIRECCTE Unité Territoriale du Lot * convention de partenariat avec le Conseil Général pour une prestation d’accompagnement des bénéficiaires du RSA (remobilis (French)
