The project aims to promote equal opportunities between men and women, by providing a specific service for the reception and support of women’s career paths through the specific allocation of financial assistance. This project builds on the fact that women are more vulnerable to unemployment and forms of job insecurity. Women’s difficulties in accessing (or re-accessing) a gender characteristic: more than men (both couples and single parents), they face issues of organisation and reconciliation with their family responsibilities. Trapped in traditional trades projects, they hardly broaden their career guidance choices. This initiative thus favours both an approach and individualised treatment of applications and in a complementary way, it proposes a comprehensive and multidimensional approach, taking into account all the difficulties associated with the resumption of a professional activity. An action consists of this project and takes place mainly in the BEFLORT Territory. Following the request of the Instructor Service, the porter specified that, from a material point of view, the action takes place in his premises at 3, rue J. Vallès in Belfort, where he has individual offices and a meeting room to provide the committees. Thus, permanences are provided. Their aim is to enable individualised reception of women in order to assess their demands and needs and make a diagnosis. Depending on the diagnosis drawn up, women are accompanied in the examination of their application for assistance for occupational mobility. This project is part of a global partnership with institutional actors (CRFC, CG, Pôle Emploi, DRDFE, CCAS...), social organisations (CAF), local associations, training organisations and organisations supporting the creation of activities and local intermediary associations... (French)
