L'opération se compose de deux actions. 1) L'accompagnement renforcé repose sur deux approches : \- l'accompagnement global a pour fonction de poser le diagnostic socio professionnel, de gèrer les problématiques périphériques à l'emploi. Il permet le travail d'élaboration et de validation du projet professionnel pour construire les étapes du parcours vers le retour à l'emploi. \- l'accompagnement expérimental propose de poursuivre l'accompagnement par une approche filière métiers. Il s'appuye sur le réseau d'employeurs mobilisés pour développer l'expérience et la qualification 2) L'insertion par l'activité économique propose une action de professionnalisation permettant de développer l'employabilité à partir de missions de travail, de proposition de formation, d'évaluations.
