Le PLIE a pour objectif de favoriser l'accès et/ou le retour à l'emploi des publics confrontés à une exclusion durable du marché du travail. Les actions de la programmation du PLIE 2015 constituent autant d'étapes de parcours que les Accompagnateurs de parcours professionnel PLIE, piliers principaux des parcours, pourront mobiliser selon les besoins des participants, en complément ou en renforcement des outils de droit commun, pour atteindre l'objectif d'accès à l'emploi durable. _La proposition d'accompagnement renforcé proposée par la MIFE permettra aux participants de :_ \- construire et réaliser leur parcours d'insertion professionnelle, -définir un projet et des objectifs à partir de l'analyse des souhaits de la personne, de ses atouts et de ses freins, de fixer les étapes, déclencher les mesures, prestations et actions appropriées, etc. L'accompagnement pourra entre autre s'appuyer sur l'offre de services et l'expertise de la structure en Orientation, conseil, bilan, création d'activité ainsi que sur le Chef de projet « Emploi et intégration durable » du PLIE. The actions of the PLIE 2015 programming are as many stages as PLIE Career Careers, the main pillars of the pathways, will be able to mobilise according to the needs of the participants, complementing or strengthening common law tools, to achieve the objective of access to sustainable employment. _The reinforced support proposal proposed by MIFE will enable participants to:_ build and carry out their career pathways, — define a project and objectives based on an analysis of the person’s wishes, strengths and brakes, to set the stages, trigger appropriate measures, services and actions, etc. The support may be based, among other things, on the provision of services and the expertise of the structure in Guidance, Advice, Review, Activity Creation and on the PLIE’s “Employment and Sustainable Integration” project manager.
