Les salariés participent à l'amélioration du cadre de vie bressuirais par l'entretien des espaces verts, par le nettoyage des rues ou parcs publics et par l'entretien du mobilier (bancs et pergolas). Ils s'associent aux activités professionnelles du services Espaces Verts de la Ville et profitent des conseils techniques des différents référents depuis la serre, jusqu'à la taille d'arbustes en passant par une habilitation pour la tondeuse auto- portée. Le Contrat à Durée Déterminée d'Insertion (C.D.D.I.) proposé est d'une durée de 6 mois, avec 20h de travail par semaine. Remarque sur les caractéristiques des personnes en insertion : Les problématiques rencontrées sont le logement (surtout pour les jeunes), la mobilité (perte du permis, difficultés financières pour l'achat de véhicule ou d'entretien) et la santé par des arrêts répétitifs ou accidents de travail.
