Le projet porte sur la mise en place d'un double accompagnement des personnes intégrées au sein de l'ACI. Accompagnement technique, assuré par deux encadrants techniques (aide au poste de travail) et accompagnement socio- professionnel, assuré par une conseillère en insertion professionnelle (aide à la levée des freins à l'emploi: logement, santé, justice, dettes, famille). Les accompagnements mis en place visent à donner ou redonner confiance aux personnes accueillies. Ces accompagnements portent aussi sur l'acquisition ou la réacquisition des savoir-être liés à l'emploi: respect des consignes de travail, respect des consignes de sécurité, respect de l'encadrement, respect des collègue sde travail, respect de soi. Le support travail (brocante et palettes) n'est que prétexte à la mise en place de ce double accompagnement. (French)
