Various works are carried out: \- the maintenance of the garden, the surroundings \- the preparation of soil, the seedbed \- the multiplication of plants \- the use of amendments, and fertilisation (organic) \- sowing, and planting \- crop maintenance \- harvesting, packaging, and sale. For 2015, it is planned to further develop the integration activity in synergy with the other actions of the institution in the context of sustainable development and reflection on food and short circuits. A legume is under construction. Its opening is scheduled for autumn 2015. Organic vegetables, produced on the Rieffel garden and the farms of the territory will be cleaned, peeled, trimmed and packaged for a supply of collective catering kitchens in the surrounding area. Training, integration, animation of the territory, local and sustainable development are an integral part of the establishment project. **2) _The Forestry Maintenance Workshop_ **contains the maintenance of wooded areas according to the principles of sustainable or differentiated management. These are: \- clearing with respect for biological diversity, \- pruning trees to promote harmonious development \- value products by focusing on energy savings (production of firewood in the form of sterns, compost) \- maintain the undergrowth and organise pathways In addition: \- recognition of plants \- theoretical approach to size, why, how. \- approach to maintenance, planting. \- security _**Means:**_ \- **the development of social skills** is based on compliance with the operating rules of the company and the group, moreover, in a particular context which is that of an educational and training institution.     Le chantier d'insertion du CFPPA permet de favoriser l'insertion sociale et professionnelle des personnes embauchées en CDDI par un travail utile et valorisant, en respectant l'égalité homme/femme. Ainsi le projet du chantier pour les participants du PLIE embauchés porte sur: \- l'accueil et l'intégration des participants orientés par les prescripteurs \- l'accompagnement social et professionnel \- la formation des salariés en insertion en vue d'améliorer leur employabilité \- la contribution à l'activité économique et au développement local **_Supports :_** **1)** _ **Les Jardins Jules Rieffel** _s’inscrivent dans l’activité économique du territoire local. Ainsi les légumes produits selon les méthodes de l'agriculture biologique, par les jardiniers, en contrat aidé, sont vendus au personnel de l'établissement et des habitants des environs sous forme de paniers et sont utilisés ponctuellement par les cuisines de l’établissement. Différents travaux sont réalisés : \- l’entretien du jardin, des abords \- la préparation de sol, du lit de semences \- la multiplication des végétaux \- l’utilisation d’amendements, et d’une fertilisation (bio) \- les semis, et les plantations \- l’entretien des cultures \- la récolte, le conditionnement, et la vente. Pour 2015, il est prévu de poursuivre le développement de l'activité insertion en synergie avec les autres actions de l'établissement dans le cadre du développement durable et de la réflexion sur l'alimentation et les circuits courts. Une légumerie est en cours de construction. Son ouverture est prévue pour l'automne 2015. Des légumes bio, produits sur le jardin Rieffel et les exploitations du territoire y seront nettoyés, épluchés, parés et conditionnés pour un approvisionnement des cuisines de restauration collectives des alentours. Formation, insertion, animation du territoire, développement local et durable sont partie intégrante du projet d’établissement. **2) _L’Atelier entretien forestier_ **consiste en l’entretien d'espaces boisés selon les principes d'une gestion durable ou différenciée. Il s'agit de : \- débroussailler en respectant la diversité biologique, \- élaguer les arbres pour favoriser un développement harmonieux \- valoriser les produits en privilégiant les économies d'énergie (production de bois de chauffage sous forme de stères, compost) \- entretenir les sous-bois et organiser des parcours En complément : \- reconnaissance des végétaux \- approche théorique de la taille, pourquoi, comment. \- approche de l’entretien, de la plantation. \- sécurité _**Moyens :**_ \- **le développement des compétences sociales** est basé sur le respect des règles de fonctionnement de l'entreprise et du groupe, qui plus est, dans un cadre particulier qui est celui d'un établissement d'enseignement et de formation. Nous travaillons sur l'assiduité, la ponctualité, la sobriété (alcool et autres produits psycho-actifs), le respect des consignes, des autres personnels, des usagers de l'établissement, le respect des règles d'hygiène, en résumé le savoir être. \- **l'acquisition ou la réactualisation de connaissances techniques, de savoir-faire** passe par le travail de production de légumes ou d’entretien forestier. Toute tâche devant autant que possible être comprise, pourquoi, quand et comment je le fais. Cette approche est complétée par des séances en salle sur des thèmes qui demandent un approfondissement. Cela permet également de prendre du recul. Nous élargissons les thèmes à ce qui constitue le cadre d'une activité salariée : droit à la retraite, sécurité, prévention des risques professionnels etc... **\- l'engagement dans une démarche de formation ou de recherche d'emploi** **\- la prise de conscience des difficultés ou handicaps** L'engagement dans une démarche de formation ou de recherche d'emploi, la prise de conscience des difficultés ou handicaps passent par le travail d'accompagnement, d'écoute et la définition d'objectifs et de moyens dans le cadre de réunions tripartites régulières associant le salarié, la conseillère en insertion professionnelle et/ou l’encadrant et le référent PLIE. La régularité et la fréquence des entretiens tripartites peuvent varier en fonction de la situation des salariés, de leur projet et des besoins de concertation avec les référents extérieurs. A minima sont organisées des tripartites : à l'issue de la période d'essai, lors de chaque renouvellement et à l'issue du contrat. Pour favoriser le retour à l’emploi durable, les salariés peuvent être orientés vers des formations inscrites dans le programme régional de formation ou toute autre formation extérieure. Notre pédagogie est basée sur une approche des conditions de travail d'une entreprise, avec des règles de fonctionnement incontournables, tout en étant à l'écoute des difficultés qui doivent être prise en charge, dans la mesure du possible, hors du champ du travail.
