Franche-Comté Active’s project is divided into 2 separate TPE actions and Solidaire Companies and Associations. The main objective pursued in these two areas: the deployment of a range of tools adapted in complementarity with existing facilities to support job creation/consolidation initiatives. The expected results are an increase in banking intermediation on both axes, an increase in the number of operations, a constant improvement in the expertise/financing ratio and an estimated impact on employment of 450 jobs per campaign. The missions are based on a qualified intervening team throughout the territory of France. The different phases of accompaniment are: \- the reception and qualification of projects, \- project expertise \- support towards financing, \- preparation and submission of files to committees \- post-financing follow-up of projects \- development of technical and institutional partnerships in the territory (banks, regional councils, general councils, state services, employment houses, consular chambers) \- as well as administrative tasks related to the core business and monitoring of the ESF operation. The accompanying work will be accompanied by collective partnership actions aimed at developing financial partnerships adapted to the situation of the participants. Franchise-Comté Active regularly collaborates with stakeholders in participatory finance and foundations to propose alternatives to equity weaknesses and generate maximum leverage for banking partners through our intervention tools. It is important to promote the inclusion of individual project promoters away from employment and solidarity-based enterprises to build the financing plan well around a balance between repayable and non-reimbursable resources. Good calibration is a key factor in the success and sustainability of projects on both axes. Through its project, Franchise-Comté Active aims to bring together a community of actors at the service of the economic and social success of project promoters over the long term in order to create with others the conditions for a more inclusive territorial development promoting the local economy.
