The structure offers social and professional support to people positioning themselves on an “integration path” as part of a comprehensive care with the tools and skills of the Professional Insertion Advisors and the in-house Technical Supervisors and by mobilising partnership. The structure was awarded the COORACE CEDRE quality label in December 2008 and is committed to a new certification called V2 as part of the quality approach for GES Irisse. By combining social support and economic activity to enable remotivation, re-qualification and subsequent access to the labour market, ICSRA wishes to provide those recruited with a comprehensive and adapted job and integration offer. ISCRA organises the monitoring, support, technical supervision and training of its employees in order to facilitate their social integration and to seek the conditions for sustainable professional integration. ISCRA makes available its skills to remobilise and restore confidence in the social and professional difficulties of the public. The employment situation of people with generally low qualifications and social and occupational exclusion through interests developing in the context of unmet collective needs such as the collection of bulky areas, the maintenance and/or opening of hiking trails, the maintenance of riverbanks, the restoration of small unprotected built heritage, the restoration and/or construction of pastoral huts, the removal of bulky huts is aimed at sustainable employment, qualification training and the creation of a business. La structure offre un accompagnement social et professionnel aux personnes se positionnant sur un « parcours d’insertion » dans le cadre d’une prise en charge globale avec les outils et les compétences des Conseillères en Insertion Professionnelle et des Encadrants Techniques en interne et en mobilisant le partenariat. La structure a obtenu le label qualité CEDRE du COORACE en décembre 2008 et s’engage dans une nouvelle certification dite V2 dans le cadre de la démarche qualité pour le GES Irisse. En associant un accompagnement social et une activité économique pour permettre la remotivation, la requalification et l’accès ultérieur au marché du travail, l’ISCRA souhaite faire bénéficier aux personnes recrutées d’une offre d’emploi et d’insertion complète et adaptée. ISCRA organise le suivi, l’accompagnement, l’encadrement technique et la formation de ses salariés en vue de faciliter leur insertion sociale et de rechercher les conditions d’une insertion professionnelle durable. ISCRA met à disposition ses compétences pour remobiliser et redonner confiance aux publics en difficultés tant sur le plan social que professionnel. La mise en situation de travail de personnes généralement de faible niveau de qualification et en situation d’exclusion sociale et professionnelle au travers d’intérêts se développant dans le cadre de besoins collectifs non satisfaits tel que le ramassage des encombrants, l’entretien et/ou l’ouverture des sentiers de randonnée, l’entretien des berges de rivières, la restauration du petit patrimoine bâti non protégé, la restauration et/ou la construction de cabanes pastorales, l’enlèvement des encombrants vise l’emploi durable, la formation qualifiante et la création d’entreprise.
