This project concerns an integration operation through the economic activity of the Atelier et Chantier d’Insertion (ACI) with permanent entrances and exits, organised around 11 jobs in insertion open within the framework of Contracts for Determined Duration of Insertion (CDDI). It is organised around a production activity in a workshop which carries out sewing, making-up and creation of objects (wovens, wood) on behalf of individuals, local authorities, associations and companies. It operates around a principle of alternating between production times (workshop), collective training/accompaniment times, reinforced individualised coaching and follow-up times and immersion times in the ordinary working environment (EMT, internships). ** Its objective is, through its various phases, to enable the social and occupational integration (return to the ordinary working environment in a stable and sustainable manner) of the persons in receipt.** (English) | |||||||||||||||

Le présent projet concerne une opération d’insertion par l’activité économique de type Atelier et Chantier d’Insertion (ACI) à entrées et sorties permanente, organisée autour de 11 postes en insertion ouverts dans le cadre de Contrats à Durée Déterminée d’Insertion (CDDI) Elle s’organise autour d’une activité de production en atelier qui réalise des travaux de couture, de confection et de création d’objets (tissus, bois) pour le compte de particuliers, de collectivités locales, d’association, d’entreprises. Elle fonctionne autour d’un principe d’alternance organisée entre les temps de production (l’atelier), des temps de formation / accompagnement en collectif, des temps d’accompagnement et de suivi individualisé renforcé et des temps d’immersion en milieu ordinaire de travail (EMT, stages). **Son objectif est, au travers ses différentes phases, de permettre l’insertion sociale et professionnelle (retour en milieu ordinaire de travail de manière stable et durable) des personnes accueillies.** (French)
