    _Le CCAS de Dunkerque est employeur de 3 Conseillères en Insertion professionnelle ( **2.4 ETP** ) qui ont pour missions_ : * _L'accompagnement vers l'emploi durable de personnes (Public Adulte + 26 ans) en difficulté cités ci-dessus_ : Recevoir le public en entretien Entretiens mensuels à minima (pour les personnes qui ont intégré une étape d'insertion : entretiens trimestriels) Analyser les situations, construire les parcours d'insertion avec les demandeurs d'emploi Définir, valider et mettre en place les étapes d'insertion permettant d'atteindre un objectif ciblé (de la définition de projet au positionnement sur offres d'emploi) Déterminer des actions à mettre en place par la personne seule ou avec le conseiller, par le conseiller lui-même Mobiliser, en fonction des besoins, les partenaires ressources sur le territoire Réaliser un suivi de parcours, à ses différentes étapes : recadrer les engagements pris tout au long de l'accompagnement, en vérifier la réalisation ; échanger avec les partenaires sur les résultats atteints.
