A social facilitator also on a half-time basis organises and conducts the workshops, requesting an external speaker if necessary. The garden is located in Ouistreham, on a plot made available by the City, co-financer of the action. The beneficiaries of the action are presented by an Instructor Service of the RSA (CMS or CCAS), within the framework of the integration guidelines defined or validated by the multidisciplinary team. They are received by the social facilitator and garden supervisor for information on the offer of inclusion; on this occasion, they sign the internal rules of the garden. In order to facilitate the movement of the beneficiaries, a shuttle is set up morning and evening to take them from their home to the gardens of Petit Bonheur. An objective contract is put in place to support the beneficiary in a process of progress. An annual steering committee and a monitoring committee are used to steer the action. (English)

(French)
