Adressaten sind erwerbsfähige, erwachsene Langzeitarbeitslose und erwerbsfähige Erwachsene im ALG-II Bezug. Im Projekt werden anhand verschiedener Qualifizierungsmodule Fach- und Schlüsselkompetenzen im Sinne eines arbeitsplatzbezogenen Kompetenz-Sets für eine Beschäftigung im Berufsfeld Anlagen-/Versorgungstechnik / Metallbau vermittelt. Die beim Träger erworbenen Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten werden im Praktikum angewendet und vertieft. Zudem werden die Teilnehmer durch Trainings für Bewerbung, Sozial- und Medienkompetenz auf eine Arbeitsaufnahme vorbereitet und bei der Arbeitsmarktintegration unterstützt. Sozialpädagogische Betreuung trägt zum Abbau persönlicher Handicaps und zur Stabilisierung bei. Mittels dieser ganzheitlichen Herangehensweise verbunden mit weiteren Projektaufgaben (z.B. arbeitsmarktbezogene Orientierung und Aktivierung, Mentoring, Networking) werden die Arbeitsmarktschancen der Teilnehmer deutlich erhöht.
