The project involves the thermal modernisation of the GOPS building at ul. The 10 Authority in Sławastatach, Rezultach of the project will be: Amount of energy saved: heat — 853,07 GJ/year; electricity — 17.238 MWh/year Manufacture of energy from newly built/new generation capacity utilisation: thermal — 3,96355 MWHT/year; electricity — 3,96355 MWhe/year. Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions (CI34) — 79,07 tCO2/rok; Minimise, annual primary energy consumption in public buildings — 246 258.34 kWh/year; Additional capacity of power generation from RES 0.05512 MW, including electricity of 0,05512 MWe, thermal energy of 0,05 MWt. production of thermal energy from newly built generating capacity/RES installations 33,33889 MWHT/year. Product indicators: Number of buildings retrofitted — 1 useable area of buildings subject to thermo-modernisation of 577.03 m² Number of units of electricity generation 1 units constructed, heat 1, scope of work: * heat pump 50 kW, * replacement of heating systems, performance of hot service water installations with a central storage reservoir powered by heat pump and circulation, * insulation of external walls, steep * replacement of the input doors and windows * LED lighting installation, * installation PV 5,12 kWp, * the energy management system. and * Promotion of the project * Preparation of documentation.tech., management of the project will influence the achievement of the MAGP objectives in the area of improvement of air quality.
