The main objective of the project is to improve the efficiency of the management and use of energy in the Pavova Building by means of thermal modernisation and the use of renewable energy sources. The site is not covered by conservation protection. Renovation work will be carried out on SP in Pawłowo, in which the floor space is as follows: 926.20 m². Their job will be the insulation of the building, the replacement of the floor on the ground floor and in the basement, the insulation of the floor of the building between the floor and the non-heated attaines. Works will be carried out to check the existing gravity ventilation and to complete it in the sanitary facilities. This will include the installation of the electrical installation on the floor of the building, a modernised heating system and a water system. A complete 3 collector grid of 4.6 kW with full accessories and a bivalent (biwny) water heater, i.e. an existing boiler, will be purchased and fitted with a water heater equipped with a combined capacity of kW. (the choice of this technology is indicated in the energy audit, page). EUR 32). The installation of RES in its entirety will be devoted to the needs of the school building. LED lighting will also be mentioned. The following works will be carried out as part of the ineligible costs: demolition works and small works and the insulation of parts of the building where the dwelling is located, as well as the renovation of the roof along with the market and the blacksmith work. As a result of the project, the energy efficiency index for the school facility will be 53.5 %. The annual primary energy consumption is reduced to 126 987.02 kWh/year. CO2 emissions will be reduced by 25,44 tonnes of CO2 equivalent in the course of the year. The technical solutions applied will save the thermal energy of 340,8 GJ/year and electricity of 3.22 MWh/year. The production of thermal energy from the newly constructed solar plant will be 2,86 MWHT/year. The project will be carried out in the area covered by the Review Plan. (English)

    Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa efektywności zarządzania i wykorzystania energii w budynku SP w Pawłowie poprzez termomodernizację oraz zastosowanie odnawialnych źródeł energii. Obiekt nie jest objęty ochroną konserwatorską. Wykonane zostaną prace termomodernizacyjne SP w Pawłowie, której powierzchnia użytkowa wynosi: 926,20 m2. Ich zadaniem będzie docieplenie budynku, wymiana posadzek na parterze i w piwnicy, docieplenie stropu budynku między piętrem a nie ogrzewanym poddaszem. Wykonane zostaną roboty dotyczące sprawdzenia istniejącej wentylacji grawitacyjnej i uzupełnienia jej w pomieszczeniach typu sanitariaty. Wymieniona zostanie instalacja elektryczna na piętrze budynku, zmodernizowana instalacja c.o. i instalacja wodna. Zakupiony i zamontowany będzie kompletny 3 kolektorowego zestaw solarny o mocy 4,6 kW z pełnym osprzętem i biwalentnym (dwuwężownicowym) pojemnościowym podgrzewaczem wody umożliwiającym podłączenie drugiego źródła tj. istniejącego kotła co. (wybór tej technologii wskazano w audycie energetycznym, str. 32). Instalacja OZE w całości będzie przeznaczona na potrzeby budynku szkoły. Wymienione również zostanie oświetlenie na LED. W ramach kosztów niekwalifikowalnych zostaną wykonane następujące roboty: roboty rozbiórkowe i drobne roboty budowlane oraz ocieplenie części budynku, w której znajduje się lokal mieszkalny, a także remont dachu wraz z rynnami i obróbkami blacharskimi. W wyniku realizacji projektu wskaźnik efektywności energetycznej dla obiektu szkolnego wyniesie 53,5%. Zmniejszy się roczne zużycie energii pierwotnej to wartość 126 987,02 kWh/rok. Emisja CO2 w ciągu roku zmniejszy się o 25,44 tony równoważnika CO2. Zastosowane rozwiązania techniczne umożliwią oszczędność energii cieplnej w ilości 340,8 GJ/ rok oraz elektrycznej 3,22 MWh/rok. Produkcja energii cieplnej z nowo wybudowanej instalacji solarnej wyniesie 2,86 MWht/rok. Projekt realizowany będzie na terenie objętym Lokalnym Planem Rewitalizacji. (Polish)
