The main aim of the project is to reduce the final energy consumption of the building by 375.417 MWh/year t.67.76 %. The key results of the project are the amount of saved heat energy — 1352 GJ/year, Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings by 412 959 kWh/year, estimated annual decrease of GHG emissions by 75,819 tonnes of CO2 equivalent (i.e.: 66 %) and to reduce acid emissions to the atmosphere (SO2, NOx) by 70 %. The target group includes the users of the building: 63 students in kindergarten, 220 primary school pupils, 80 Gymnasium, 38 teachers and 17 employees. The target group is also the Gmina Krzydow, which bears the cost of maintaining the plant and the inhabitants of the region, for which the air quality will be improved. The tasks to be carried out include the thermal modernisation of the building: — insulation of the exterior wall of the building, the insulation of the roof wall and the fitting, the connection of the roof wall and the fitting to the ventilation area, -Exchange of windows of windows with a U-value of not more than 0,9 and the installation of the access door for doors with a U-value of not more than 1,3 and/or -methylderanisation of the heating system: replacement of the entire c.o installation. The new installation shall have thermostatic radiator valves with a sensitivity of not more than 1 °C and the monitoring of the remote control of the WIFI/GSM boiler and the sub-metering of the boiler. The project also covers non-investment activities such as: preparation of project documentation, energy audit, feasibility study of investor supervision and project promotion. (English) | |||

Celem głównym projektu jest ograniczenie zużycia energii finalnej w budynku o 375,417 MWh/rok tj.67,76% . Kluczowe rezultaty realizacji projektu to:Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej-1352 GJ/rok, Zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych o 412959 kWh/rok, Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych o 75,819 ton równoważnika CO2 (tj. 66%) oraz ograniczenie kwaśnych emisji do atmosfery (SO2, NOx) o 70%. Grupa docelowa obejmuje użytkowników budynku: 63 uczniów w przedszkolu, 220 uczniów szkoły podstawowej, 80 uczniów gimnazjum, 38 nauczycieli oraz 17 pracowników obsługi. Grupę docelową stanowi również Gmina Krzywda, która ponosi koszty utrzymania obiektu oraz mieszkańcy regionu, dla których polepszy się jakość powietrza. Zadania przewidziane do realizacji obejmują termomodernizację budynku o zakresie: -Ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych budynku, -Ocieplenie dachu sali gimnastycznej i łącznika, -Ocieplenie stropodachu z przestrzenią wentylowaną, -Wymiana okien na okna o współczynniku U nie wyższym jak 0,9 oraz montaż nawiewników higrosterowanych, -Wymiana drzwi wejściowych na drzwi o współczynniku U nie większym niż 1,3, -Modernizacja instalacji c.o.: wymiana całej instalacji c.o. . Nowa instalacja powinna posiadać termozawory grzejnikowe o czułości nie większej jak 1°C , oraz monitoring zdalnego sterowania pracą kotła o połączeniu WiFi lub GSM oraz opomiarowanie kotłowni. Projekt obejmuje swoim zakresem również działania nieinwestycyjne, takie jak: przygotowanie dokumentacji projektowej, audytu energetycznego, studium wykonalności nadzór inwestorski oraz promocję projektu.
