The project consists of an investment in the thermal renovation of a complex of the buildings of the public office of the Public and Primary School and of the Primary and Primary School in Skiereszeszów. The main aim of the project is to improve the quality of social services provided by improving the use of public buildings. The investment will achieve a 65.02 % increase in the energy efficiency of the building. Scope of the works resulting from the energy audit: 1. Modernisation of the heating system — installation of heat pumps and replacement of installations as 2. replacement of doors, window and glass fittings, 3. Steep insulation of ceilings, 4. Wall insulation, 5. replacement of light sources on LED and installation of energy management system 6.Heating of floors. The project foresees the following tasks: Technical documentation; Energy audit; Feasibility study; Thermal modernisation; Investor supervision; Project management; Project promotion. On the ineligible expenditure side: bathroom adjustment works for disabled persons, installation of c.c. radiators, markings and security features, electrical installations — lightning protection equipment and measurements. As part of the investment, the following result indicators will be met: Amount of heat energy saved 948,49 GJ/year Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings (CI32) 241 109.00 kWh/year Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions (CI34) 59,03 tonCO2/rok Quantity of electricity saved 10.00 MWh/year Manufacture of thermal energy from newly built/new generation capacity of installations using RES 165,72 MWHT/year Manufacture of thermal energy from newly constructed RES 165,72 MWHT/year, Additional renewable energy generation capacity MW 0,16, Additional capacity to produce heat from renewable sources MWt 0,16 (English) | |||

W ramach projektu zaplanowano inwestycję polegającą na termomodernizacji kompleksu budynków Gimnazjum Publicznego i Zespołu Szkoły Podstawowej i Przedszkola w Skierbieszowie. Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie jakości świadczonych usług społecznych dzięki poprawie ef. en. w budynkach użyteczności publicznej. W ramach inwestycji osiągnięte zostanie zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynku o 65,02 %. Zakres robót wynikający z audytu energetycznego: 1. Modernizacja systemu grzewczego - montaż pomp ciepła i wymiana instalacji co 2. wymiana stolarki drzwiowej, okiennej i luksferów, 3. Docieplenie Stropów, 4. Docieplenie ścian, 5. wymiana źródeł światła na LED I montaż system zarządzania energią 6.Docieplenie podłóg. W projekcie przewidziano następujące zadania: Dokumentacja techniczna; Audyt Energetyczny; Studium Wykonalności; Termomodernizacja; Nadzór inwestorski; Zarządzanie projektem; Promocja projektu. Po stronie wydatków niekwalifikowanych ujęto: roboty dostosowawcze łazienki dla osób niepełnosprawnych, instalacja c.o. grzejnikowa, oznakowania i zabezpieczenia ppoż, instalacje elektryczne - instalacja odgromowa i pomiary.
