    "Działania w proj są zg.z zasadą równości szans i niedyskryminacji, w tym dostępności dla 4 os z niepełnospr, m.in. poprzez umożli wszystkim os bez względu na płeć, wiek, niepełnosp, rasę, pochodzenie etniczne, wyznawaną religię lub światopogląd, orientację seksualną sprawie, pełnego uczestnictwa we wszystkich etapach realizacji na jednakowych zasadach. Gr docelowe określ zostały na podst. diagnozy potrzeb z uwzgl. osób z niepełnospr. Uwzgl.zostanie zasada uniwersalnego projektowania m.in.: równość w korzystaniu- takie same zasady dla wszystkich użytkow, bez stosowania rozwiązań zastępczych dla określonej gr ludzi, niedopuszczalna jest segregacja/napiętnowanie użytkown rekrutacja, promocja i informacja prowadzone w formie prostego i łatwego przekazu, intuicyjne korzystanie, opisy łatwym i prostym języ, inform uszereg wg stopnia ważności łatwo dostrzegalne informacje –dokumenty i informacje prezentowane w dostępny sposób za pomocą różnych form: papier np. powiększ czcionka, nagłówki " "i elektr zg. z WCAG 2.0. na poziomie AA np. możliw powiększ str; pliki pdf o strukt pomag przegląd os niedowidzą; teksty z uwzgl. ograni nadmiaru niepotrz i max wyróżnien podst info.
