The project includes the extension of DW 158 in the City of Lipki Wielkie to the extent long. 1.41 km, in order to improve the technical condition of the surface and to ensure the safety and comfort of the use of vehicles. The overall objective of the project is to improve the transport region’s external and internal accessibility to road transport and to improve accessibility to motorways and expressways by increasing the standard and quality of road network networks and road safety. The project will contribute to strengthening the coherence of the Polish transport network with the transport systems of the EU countries, ensuring the country’s and regions’ cohesion and territorial cohesion with the European space. The aim is to achieve the following objectives: • facilitated accessibility to the main road transport routes, in particular the S3 road,• very good technical state of road, reducing fuel consumption, noise and exhaust emissions,• regulated width of the road, adequate number of bus and parking bays and pavements — increase in traffic jams, including for pedestrians,• corresponding lateral and vertical breaks — improve the conditions for drainage and increase the sense of ride and comfort,• increase the attractiveness of investment and economic stimulation of the region,• facilitated access to the special economic zone and distribution and logistics centres in Gorzów Wlkp. • Increase in mobility of inhabitants,• easier journey by M. Lipki Wielkie, by road, new pavements and bus and parking bays — to reduce journey times and to improve the safety of traffic operators, including pedestrians. All users of public roads in the area of support will be involved. In accordance with the “SZOOP ROP — Ljubljana 2020”, for Measure 5.1 “Road transport”, target groups are not defined as groups of people, institutions or social groups directly benefiting from the aid. Przedsięwzięcie obejmuje rozbudowę DW 158 w m. Lipki Wielkie o dł. 1,41 km i ma na celu poprawę stanu technicznego nawierzchni oraz zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa i komfortu ruchu pojazdów. Celem nadrzędnym projektu jest poprawa zewnętrznej i wewnętrznej dostępności transportowej regionu w ruchu drogowym oraz poprawa dostępności do autostrad i dróg ekspresowych poprzez zwiększenie standardu i jakości sieci dróg woj. oraz bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do wzmocnienia spójności polskiej sieci transportowej z systemami transportowymi krajów UE, zapewnienie gosp. i przestrzennej spójności kraju i poszczególnych regionów z przestrzenią europejską. Planuje się osiągniecie nw. celów: • ułatwiona dostępność do głównych szlaków komunikacyjnych, zwłaszcza do drogi S3, • bardzo dobry stan techniczny drogi, redukujący nadmierne zużycie paliwa, hałas i emisję spalin, • uregulowana szerokość jezdni, odpowiednia ilość zatok autobusowych i postojowych oraz chodników - zwiększenie bezp. uczestników ruchu, w tym pieszych, • odpowiednie spadki poprzeczne i równości w kierunku poprzecznym i podłużnym - poprawa warunków odwodnienia oraz zwiększenie bezp. i komfortu jazdy, • zwiększenie atrakcyjności inwestycyjnej oraz aktywizacji gospodarczej regionu, • ułatwiony dostęp komunikacyjnych do specjalnej strefy ekonomicznej oraz centrów dystrybucyjno-logistycznych w Gorzowie Wlkp. • wzrost mobilności mieszkańców, • ułatwiony przejazd przez m. Lipki Wielkie – uregulowana szer. jezdni, nowe chodniki oraz zatoki autobusowe i postojowe – skrócenie czasu przejazdu oraz poprawa bezpieczeństwa uczestników ruchu, w tym pieszych. Interesariuszami projektu będą wszyscy użytkownicy dróg publicznych na obszarze wsparcia. Zgodnie ze SZOOP RPO – Lubuskie 2020 dla Działania 5.1 „Transport drogowy” nie określa się grup docelowych jako zespołów osób, instytucji czy grup społecznych bezpośrednio korzystających z pomocy.
