    Poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynku serwisu w Bełżcu obejmuje: 1.Termomodernizację części dachu. Ocieplenie stropodachu o powierzchni 238,62 m2 planuje się wykonać z płyt warstwowych z rdzeniem z pianki PIR lub PUR. 2.Wymianę drzwi o powierzchni 120,8 m2 3.Wymianę okien i luksferów o powierzchni 54,8 m2 4.Wymianę istniejącego źródła ciepła kotła węglowego na kocioł opalany biomasą wraz z modernizacją instalacji c.o. z zastosowaniem termozaworów grzejnikowych o czułości 1°K z możliwością zdalnego sterowania nastawami jako system zarządzania energią, wyposażonych w ciepłomierz i programator harmonogramu pracy. 5. Modernizację instalacji c.w.u. : wymiana zasobnika c.w.u. na zbiornik biwalentny z grzałką elektryczną i obiegiem ciepła z planowanego kotła na biomasę oraz współpracującego z istniejącą instalacją solarną . Wykonanie niezbędnej instalacji . Zamontowanie licznika ciepła na wyjściu z zasobnika oraz wodomierza na dopuszczeniu zimnej wody. 6.Wykonanie instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy 10,8 kW 7.Wymianę opraw oświetleniowych na oprawy LED. 8.Przebudowę instalacji sprężonego powietrza likwidując dwie sprężarki tłokowe i zastępując je jedną sprężarką śrubową o mniejszej mocy i lepszej sprawności .
