The purpose of the project is to implement the results of the R & D own work resulting in an innovative way of securing steel surfaces by incorporating zinc coatings by adding a zinc coating to a galvanic zinc coating with a conversion layer that increases the adhesion layer of a polymeric coating applied to the pulverisation process. The project is therefore in conformity with the type as laid down in the Rules of Procedure of the contest. As a result of the tests carried out in semi-industrial conditions on the demonstration line, the correct configuration of the machinery and equipment and the appropriate composition of the chemical additives in the various process operations have been obtained, on the basis of which a schematic diagram of the technological line has been drawn up. The process control and working conditions for each operation shall then be designed with a determination of the range of potential deviations from the optimal values for the parameters checked. The assumed effect of the whole project is to implement, on the basis of the results of the innovation research obtained, a relatively cheap and simple alkaline zinc galvanising technology specifically designed for steel products that are protected by polymer. The application of the protective coatings will be carried out on a consistent dual-stream automated technology line. The project will be carried out by means of the following tasks: 1. Construction of a production and storage hall 2. Purchase of an automatic galvanised line for galvanising (Module 1 of the Technology Line) 3. The purchase of an automatic powder paint line — polymer coatings (Module 2 of the Technology Line), of the tasks foreseen in the project are sufficient to meet the expected output indicators of the product: Number of enterprises receiving support (CI01) — 1 Number of enterprises receiving subsidies (CI02) — 1 Private investment complementing public support to enterprises (grants) (CI06) — PLN 6 709 720,00 Number of enterprises supported to introduce products new to the CI28 market) — 1 (English) | |||

Celem projektu jest wdrożenie wyników własnych prac B+R w wyniku których opracowano innowacyjny sposób zabezpieczenia powierzchni stalowych poprzez naniesienie powłoki cynkowej w procesie cynkowania galwanicznego z warstwą konwersyjną zwiększającą przyczepność powłoki polimerowej nanoszonej w procesie malowania proszkowego. Projekt jest zatem zgodny z typem zapisanym w Regulaminie konkursu. W wyniku przeprowadzonych badań w warunkach półprzemysłowych na linii demonstracyjnej uzyskano prawidłową konfigurację maszyn i urządzeń oraz właściwą kompozycję dodatków chemicznych do poszczególnych operacji procesowych, na podstawie czego sporządzono schemat linii technologicznej. Następnie zaprojektowano sposób kontroli procesu i warunki pracy dla poszczególnych operacji wraz z ustaleniem zakresów potencjalnych odchyleń w stosunku do wartości optymalnych dla kontrolowanych parametrów. Zakładanym efektem całego projektu jest wdrożenie na podstawie uzyskanych wyników badań innowacyjnej, względnie taniej i prostej w obsłudze technologii cynkowania alkalicznego przeznaczonej szczególnie dla wyrobów stalowych zabezpieczanych farbami polimerowymi. Proces nanoszenia powłok ochronnych będzie realizowany na spójnej dwumodułowej zautomatyzowanej linii technologicznej. Projekt zostanie zrealizowany poprzez następujące zadania: 1. Budowa hali produkcyjno-magazynowej 2. Zakup automatycznej linii galwanicznej do cynkowania (moduł 1 linii technologicznej) 3. Zakup automatycznej linii do malowania proszkowego – powłoki polimerowe (moduł 2 linii technologicznej) Zadania przewidziane w projekcie są wystarczające do osiągnięcia założonych wskaźników produktu: Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie (CI01) – 1 sz.
